She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management, and a Master of Business Administration. Joan is a businesswoman who has built her entrepreneurial journey from the Philippines to Australia and is the director of Global NT Pty Ltd t/a Darwin Detailing & Tinting in the Northern Territory. She also volunteers at the CDU Tax Clinic, applying her accounting expertise to assist individuals and small businesses with their tax obligations.
Joan has extensive experience managing end-to-end accounting functions, including budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance. Her background also includes strategic business planning, operational management, and human resource oversight, giving her a holistic understanding of how financial decisions impact organisational growth.
